HAPPYMINI® in the treatment of Temporo-Mandibular Osteoarthritis

This prospective pilot study was conducted to show the Safety & Efficacy of a Single Injection of Mannitol-modified Cross-Linked Hyaluronic Acid (HAppyMini®) in the treatment of the Temporo-Mandibular Osteoartritis.

 

Results  at D180 :

  • Treatment was efficient or very efficient for 94% of the patients
  • Long lasting improvment of the inter-incisal distance 
  • 2/3 of patients reduced their painkillers / NSAIDs intake
